Umesh Refreshments Collab
Collaboration reel with iconic Bangalore spot Umesh Refreshments connecting local culture to improv.
Social Media & Live Event Producer • Bengaluru, India
I run the Instagram, ticketing, website, and blog for Improv Lore, an improv troupe based in Bengaluru. We've organised two 12-hour improv marathons, produced 100+ shows and workshops, and toured three festivals abroad. By day I'm a software engineer, so I build and automate our own event and ticketing infrastructure.
I focus on what actually gets people into seats: making high-converting reels, running smooth multi-platform ticketing, and hosting welcoming spaces for audiences and performers.
In the last 90 days, our short-form video reached over 180,000 views across channels (110k+ from non-followers), driving 2,800 profile visits and 400 link-in-bio clicks. Below are genuine embeds from our official Instagram (@improvlore) and YouTube (@Improvlore).

Manage ticketing, scheduling, and on-ground guest experience for 3 to 4 events every week.
Co-ideated and produced Turing Twist, an AI-versus-improvisers live show, working directly with venue and festival teams.
Coordinated schedules, stage logistics, and expense reimbursements for guest artists (local and international). Served as on-ground contact for stage schedules, sound requirements, and artist hospitality.
Pitched, emailed, and coordinated with festival curators to book and tour shows across Singapore, Vietnam, Manila, and Hong Kong.
Before focusing on community and event growth, I worked as a software engineer at Société Générale. Because of that background, our community doesn't depend on external developers:
